Shopping:
- Facebook VIP: Here you will be treated like a real VIP. There are special discounts dropped and get the first peek at a new design. Or even help me decide what to add to the shop. You can also shop in our Facebook VIP group via live sales and wall drops, we do go live via our business page and share it into the group! We also very much appreciate if you could share the live as well.
- Live Sales: You will need to come to the website to and check out the collection we are showing live! It will always be featured at the top with the date and where we will be live (Facebook, Instagram or TikTok) this is why it is important to follow us on all Social Media platforms so you don't miss anything! You will order your item on the website and we will make it live!! If we are doing a Clothing live (not graphic tees) then you will need to come to comment to "Sold # and the size/color" while live and make sure we have your email so we can send you an invoice.
- Website: Shop away 24/7!! Make an account on the website to keep all your information for easy check out in the future! If you go to the website and it asks for a password this means that the website is down for maintenance, sorry for any this inconvenience this may cause.
- Sale and discounted Items: ALL sale/discounted items are FINAL SALE.
- Shipping: First Class: $5 Priority Mail: $8 We reserve 20 business days (no holidays or weekends) for shipping, if you have not received shipping confirmation within 20 business days please email us (info@tangledupinteal.com) and put “shipping update with your order number” in the subject. You can find your order number on your order confirmation email. Before you email us please check the top of our Website, our Facebook page (and VIP group) or Instagram page for any shipping updates/delays! Thank you for understanding
- Tumblers/Cold Cups/Customs: Please check the description of the item for shipping times. These can be from 7 business days to 20 business days depending on the Item. Each item is sent with "care instructions" Tangled Up In Teal is not responsible if these care instructions are not followed and the product is ruined. ALL tumblers/cold cups and customs are FINAL SALE.
- Return Policy: All clothing items must be unworn, unwashed with tags still attached. You will receive store credit for all returns. You must contact us by email (info@tangledupinteal.com) before shipping your items back. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping paid on orders are not refunded or credited. This email must be sent within 14 days of purchase, if it is past the 14 days unfortunately we cannot process your return. Please wait for confirmation that we have received your email before sending back your item. If you send it without confirmation we will mark your package “return to sender” and send it back to you. All cups and custom orders and Sale items are FINAL SALE.
- Store Credit: To use shop credit from either a return or a giveaway/contest, you need to email us at info@tangledupinteal.com. You will be emailed a a gift card to use at checkout. If you return something using a credit you will only be credited what you paid for that item, example: you claim a shirt for $29 and use a $10 credit, you return the shirt you will be credited back $19.
